Your 90-Day Quince Countdown: Week-by-Week Mini Checklist

Your Quinceañera is not “just a party.” It’s your entrance. Your moment. Your fairytale. 💖
This step-by-step 90-day (3 month) countdown will help you stay calm, feel organized, and look unforgettable.

12 Weeks Before (Day 90)

1. Choose your dream dress
This is the moment you say yes to the gown. Go for the color and silhouette that makes you feel like the main character — royal blue with sparkle, soft lilac with floral appliqués, emerald green drama, ivory & gold couture vibes, etc. We carry statement ball gowns with corset bodices, glitter tulle, detachable trains, and 3D floral details so you shine from every angle.

Tip: Make sure you can breathe, sit, and turn in it. You’re going to dance, not just pose.

2. Pick your crown/tiara
Your headpiece finishes the whole look. High tiaras = full princess energy in photos. 💎
(Example: “15 Anniversary High Rise Tiara.”)

3. Lock in your color theme
Blush & pink? Emerald? Royal blue with gold butterflies? Soft sage green garden vibe? Choose a palette now so everything matches — décor, flowers, nails, damas dresses, bouquet.

10 Weeks Before

4. Take measurements / plan alterations
Even if the dress is already ordered, get bust / waist / hips measured so you know if you’ll need adjustments.

5. Plan shoes + comfort
You need “photo shoes” (the pretty heels for pictures) and “party shoes” (the shoes you can actually move in). Don’t wait until last minute.

8 Weeks Before (2 months)

6. Book hair and makeup
Show your stylist your crown/tiara and neckline. Off-shoulder gowns and sweetheart corsets look gorgeous with soft waves or a glam updo that shows the shoulders and jewelry.
Also: Bring inspo pics. Do a trial if you can.

7. Order bouquet + accessories
Decide on bouquet style (classic roses, butterfly details, gold accents, etc.) so it matches your dress embroidery and beadwork.
Also choose earrings, necklace, gloves, detachable sleeves, cape, or train — all those little extras make your photos look high-end.

6 Weeks Before

8. Court / damas & chambelanes styling
Make sure everyone knows their outfit color. You don’t want clashing shades in group photos. Send them reference pictures of your dress color.

9. Timeline talk
Who’s helping you get dressed? Who carries the shoes? Who fixes the train? You don’t want chaos on the big day.

4 Weeks Before (1 month)

10. Final fitting
Try on the full look: gown, hoop/petticoat if you’re using one, sleeves, cape, jewelry, crown, heels. Practice walking and sitting.
If your gown has a detachable train or mesh overlay, practice removing it so you can switch from “grand entrance” to “let’s dance.”

11. Skincare + self-care
No new crazy skincare experiments now. Just hydrate, sleep, and baby your skin.

2 Weeks Before

12. Pack your “Quince Emergency Kit”
– Fashion tape
– Safety pins
– Lip gloss / powder
– Mini perfume
– Comfortable backup shoes
– Tissues (for mom 😭)

Put this in a small bag and give it to someone you trust.

1 Week Before

13. Steam / fluff the dress
Your gown should be steamed so every layer sits fluffy and smooth for photos. Glitter tulle and embroidered details look 10x more expensive when they’re not wrinkled.

14. Final check
– Dress ready
– Tiara/crown packed
– Jewelry packed
– Bouquet confirmed
– Nails booked
– Lashes booked
– Transportation confirmed
