Return & Exchange Policy

At Linda Mariposa, every dress is made and selected with love to make your celebration unforgettable. Because many of our gowns are custom-made or tailored to order, we kindly ask that you review our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom & Special Orders

All custom-made, special order, or altered dresses are final sale. These dresses are created especially for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production begins.

Standard Orders

For non-custom dresses and accessories, we accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging)
  • You contact us at info@lindamariposa.com within the 5-day window to request authorization
  • The item is shipped back within 3 days of approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
